Important Instructions / आवश्यक निर्देश
  1. Fill all applicable fields carefully. The details below follow the three-page application form provided for Fasal Rakshak (Kamdar), Giridih, 2026-27.
  2. Upload clear self-attested scans of the applicable certificates. Accepted certificate formats: PDF, JPEG, PNG, up to 5 MB per file.
  3. Capture your recent photograph using the device camera. A short video challenge is also requested for liveness review.
  4. A captured image/video is evidence for review; it is not automatic proof of liveness. Final submission remains locked until the liveness evidence is reviewed and marked verified by an authorized reviewer/provider.
  5. Character/conduct certificate need not be attached with the application according to the provided form; it may be required at final selection/document verification/appointment.
